The resolution is incredible and most of the details on the ground can be seen, including you! Travel to London, Paris, Tokyo or the Pyramids of Egypt. The program also includes overlays from National Geographic, with link to more information on sites of interest around the globe. You’ll spend hours just having a great time with this one. There’s also Google Earth Plus an optional upgrade adding GPS device support, the ability to import spreadsheets, drawing tools and better printing which can be purchased for $20. For those who need Google Earth for business, Google Earth Pro makes location research, presentation and moviemaking easy and offers several features for professional use for about $400.00 per year.
